Custom SaaS

Build your own product on infrastructure that scales per tenant

If you have an idea that solves a real need, let's turn it into a product you can sell. Multi-tenancy, subscriptions and permissions should be right from day one.

  • Multi-tenant architecture

Every customer works in their own space. Data isolation, subdomains and per-tenant settings are planned from the start.

  • Subscriptions and billing

Plans, trials, usage limits, overage rules and automatic renewal are managed in one flow.

  • Ready to grow

An API, webhooks, an audit log and backups ship in the first release, so growth never means rewriting from scratch.

From idea to first release

First we settle who the product is for and what job it does for them. Then we decide what absolutely has to be in the first release and leave the rest for later rounds. The goal is a product real users can test as soon as possible.

We can join at the idea stage or when you already have something running. Some of our projects are existing products we took over, cleared the technical debt on, and made ready to scale.

What can be built?

  • Multi-tenancy and workspace management
  • Subscriptions, plans, trial periods and usage limits
  • Payment provider integration and automatic invoicing
  • A role and permission matrix, team invitations, SSO
  • An API, webhooks and developer documentation
  • Usage analytics and an admin panel
  • An onboarding flow and support system
  • Audit log, backups and data export
  • White label and an integration marketplace

What you get out of this work

  • A first release real users can test
  • Infrastructure that manages subscription revenue automatically
  • An architecture where adding a customer does not add cost
  • Code and infrastructure that belong entirely to you

Frequently asked

I am still at the idea stage, can we still work together?

Yes. In that case the first job is turning the idea into a scope: who will use it, what job it solves, what goes into the first release. We do not write code before that is clear.

Who will own the product's code?

The product code developed and paid for under the agreement is yours. Repository access, documentation and the handover process are planned from the start.

Do you stay involved after launch?

Yes. We set up a separate support arrangement for monitoring, fixing and building new features after go-live.
