Cookie Policy

This policy explains the cookies and browser storage used on the dyrdev. website, what they are for, and how you can manage them. No advertising or tracking cookies are used on our site.

The Turkish version of this text is the authoritative one. Translations are provided for information only; in case of any discrepancy, the Turkish text prevails.

1. What is a cookie?

A cookie is a small text file placed in your browser by the website you visit. It is used to make the site work, to maintain your session, or to remember your preferences.

2. The strictly necessary cookie we use

This cookie is technically necessary for the service to be delivered and is used on the basis of legitimate interest under Article 5/2-f of the KVKK; explicit consent is not required for strictly necessary cookies.

  • dyrdev_access: recognises your session once your access code has been verified. It is signed, httpOnly, set as SameSite=strict, and expires by itself after 12 hours. Without this cookie the brief form cannot be filled in.
  • dyrdev.locale: remembers the interface language you chose, so the site opens in the same language when you return. It carries no identifying information and holds only the language code.

3. Browser storage

The records below are not cookies; they are held in your browser's local storage, are never sent to our servers, and stay only on your own device:

  • dyrdev.theme: your dark or light mode preference.
  • dyrdev.brief.draft.v2: your unfinished brief draft; deleted after 24 hours or when the form is submitted.

4. Cookie types we do not use

Our site uses no advertising cookies, tracking pixels, third-party behavioural advertising tools or profiling analytics.

5. Managing cookies

You can delete or block cookies from your browser settings. If you block the strictly necessary cookie, you cannot sign in with an access code and the brief form cannot be used; the resulting limits on use are not the responsibility of dyrdev.

6. Updates to this policy

This policy may be updated when necessary. The current text is published on this page and takes effect on the date of publication.
